This page explains what happens to information you share with Whiteboard Media through whiteboardmedia.co.za. We've kept the site itself simple, and that's reflected here — there isn't much to disclose because we don't collect much.

What we collect

The contact form on this site doesn't send your details to a server we run. When you submit it, your browser opens your own email app with a message addressed to info@whiteboardmedia.co.za, pre-filled with whatever you typed — name, business name, email, phone number, and your message. That email then goes wherever your email account normally sends mail from. We only receive it once you actually send it, the same as if you'd emailed us directly.

Beyond that, we don't run analytics, tracking scripts, or advertising pixels on this site, and we don't use cookies to identify or track visitors.

Third-party resources

This site loads fonts from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com) so pages render with the correct typography. Loading a font involves a request to Google's servers, which — like any web request — includes your IP address and browser details. We don't control what Google does with that request; see Google's own privacy policy for details.

What we do with enquiries

If you email us — whether through the contact form or directly — we use your details only to respond to you and, if you become a client, to deliver the work you've engaged us for. We don't sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for their own marketing.

Your rights

Under South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), you can ask us what personal information we hold about you, request that it be corrected, or ask us to delete it. Email info@whiteboardmedia.co.za and we'll action the request.
